Two backsets, 2-3/8 inch and 2-3/4 inch, ordered as separate sizes. Measure from the door edge to the center of the bore hole on the door you're retrofitting and pick the one that matches. 2-3/8 is the common residential-style prep, 2-3/4 the common commercial one, so on a commercial opening check the existing prep before assuming.

It's the latch only. The T901-051-US and T901-052-US tubular latches are made to be fitted with the PaxLock Pro, so you order the latch alongside the PaxLock Pro unit itself, not instead of it. Buying this on its own leaves you with a latch and no access control hardware to drive it.

No, and that's the point of stocking both. The PaxLock Pro latch comes in a 2-3/8 inch and a 2-3/4 inch backset, so doors bored to either standard take the same PaxLock Pro unit. Survey the openings, count how many fall into each backset, and order the latches accordingly. The access control hardware above the latch stays common across the whole fleet.

T901-052-US is the 2-3/4 inch backset latch. T901-051-US is the 2-3/8 inch. Both are PaxLock Pro tubular latches and the only difference between them is the backset, so a distributor ordering by number just needs the door prep confirmed first.

Tubular. The PaxLock Pro latch drops into a standard bored (cylindrical) door prep rather than a mortise pocket, which is why it retrofits onto doors that already carry a bored lockset. If the door in front of you has a mortise pocket cut into the edge, this latch is not the part for it.

Wireless. The PaxLock Pro is a wireless access control device, so the door doesn't need power run to it or a cable pulled back to a controller. The tubular latch is the mechanical half that the wireless lock operates.
