The PDQ KV125 is the Single Sided function (ANSI/BHMA E2192) of the PDQ KV Series Commercial Duty Deadbolt.

The PDQ KV Series is a standard duty commercial deadbolt for interior doors, offices and light commercial entries that need a code compliant deadbolt. It is non-handed and offered in single cylinder, double cylinder, single sided (thumb turn only) and single sided indicator functions.

The 1" throw deadbolt is a brass bolt containing a 1/4" case-hardened steel roll pin. It is UL 10C listed for 3 hour fire doors as an auxiliary lock on A label single doors, UL 10B listed for neutral pressure doors, and compliant with ADA and ICC/ANSI A117.1.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the KV deadbolt differ from the KM and KT Series?
KV is PDQ's standard duty deadbolt for interior and light commercial doors. KM is built for heavier duty commercial exteriors, and KT adds a double roll pin bolt for extra heavy duty, high abuse applications. All three share UL 10C/10B fire listings and ADA compliance.

What door thickness does the KV deadbolt fit?
With a conventional cylinder it fits doors 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" thick. With a small format interchangeable core it fits 1-1/2" to 2" thick doors.

Does the KV deadbolt support high security cylinders?
Yes. Standard high security cylinders are available in addition to the standard 6-pin brass cylinder keyed to 5 pins.
