The bolt or threaded rod is a separate purchase, and so is the setting tool: a drop-in has to be expanded with a matching setting punch after it is dropped in the hole, so plan to have a 1/4 inch setting tool on the truck before you start.
6) Will a 1/4 inch drop-in anchor work in hollow block or drywall?
No. Drop-ins such as the 06304-PWR are an expansion anchor for solid base material, meaning poured concrete. In hollow block, brick, or drywall there is nothing solid for the shell to expand against, so use a screw anchor or a toggle rated for that base material instead.
