The Rittal 8018 JB Series is a hinged-cover junction box engineered to protect dense wiring and sensitive small instruments in demanding industrial and commercial environments. The family is available in seven enclosure sizes, from 6 × 6 × 4 in up to 14 × 12 × 6 in, and combines the design advantages of Rittal's AE and KL series at an economical cost. Every size in the line is carbon steel, rated IP 66 to both IEC 60529 and EN 60529, as well as NEMA 4, and features a 180° hinge with a slotted insert quarter-turn latch for fast, secure access. A foamed-in-place polyurethane gasket and knife-edge perimeter add an extra layer of sealing protection across the entire JB Series.
