Yes. The S11827 is field CCT selectable across 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K and 5000K, so a property manager can stock a single part and set warm 2700K in apartments and 4000K or 5000K in corridors and back-of-house. Wattage is not selectable, it is fixed at 12W with 900 lumens.

Wet location rated, so it can go over a tub or shower and in a covered soffit. The ingress rating is IP20, which means it is protected against finger-sized objects but not against water jets, and Satco classifies the fixture for indoor use. Practically: use it in damp and wet interior spaces like bathrooms and covered entries, not in a spot exposed to direct spray or weather.

Title 24 compliant, and cETLus listed for both US and Canadian installations. It is also RoHS and FCC compliant. That combination is what a spec-driven multifamily or hospitality job usually needs to clear inspection in California.

The S11827 is dimmable on 120V, 60Hz line voltage. Because the driver is remote and this is an LED load, pair it with a dimmer rated for LED loads and check the dimmer's minimum load, an older incandescent dimmer running a handful of 12W fixtures often sits below its minimum and flickers or drops out at the low end.

Integrated LED, no socket and no replaceable lamp. When it reaches end of life the fixture is replaced. Rated life is 50,000 hours, which at 8 hours a day of corridor or common area use is roughly 17 years. For an MRO stocking plan, that means carrying spare fixtures rather than spare lamps.

White only, on an aluminum body. If you are standardizing a building where some openings already carry a different trim color, the S11827 will not match them, so plan on running white throughout the zone you are relighting.
