1) Will the Satco S9666 GU10 MR16 work on 120V US power?
No. The S9666 is a 230 volt lamp, so it will not run correctly on a standard 120V North American circuit. It is built for 230V systems. If your fixtures are on 120V, you need a 120V GU10 MR16 instead, even though the twist-lock base is the same.
