1) I have a Kwikset deadbolt. Will a Schlage 22-061 cylinder housing fit it?
No. The 22-061 housing is built around Schlage B250, H and S200 deadbolts and won't drop into a Kwikset. For a Kwikset single cylinder deadbolt, the Medeco 1012040 is a 6-pin lazy motion rim cylinder made for exactly that application.
2) Is the Schlage 22-061 a complete keyed cylinder or just the housing?
It's the housing, sold as a replacement part in Schlage's modular cylinder system. In that system the cylinder itself is the constant, and the tailpiece, cam and housing are what change to make a mortise, rim or key-in-lever cylinder out of it. So if you're building a deadbolt cylinder up from nothing, you need the modular cylinder to go inside the 22-061, not the housing alone.
3) Can a Schlage 22-061 housing be keyed into the Schlage system already running in my building?
Any Schlage keyway works with it, and the modular cylinder line supports interchangeability across Everest 29, Primus XP and Classic. 9) Aluminum storefront door with an Adams Rite deadlock - does the 22-061 go into that opening?

10) We want interchangeable core keying across the whole facility. Is the Schlage modular cylinder housing how we do that?
Different platform. The 22-061 is a fixed housing for Schlage B250, H and S200 deadbolts, and it keys into Schlage keyways across Everest 29, Primus XP and Classic. No. The BEST 12E series part is a dummy rim cylinder with a 1-5/32 inch diameter, so it occupies the cylinder opening without providing a keyed function.
