1) What hub sizes does the Thomas & Betts CIG insulating gasket come in?

2) Does the CIG gasket replace the sealing ring on a conduit body cover?
No. The CIG is an insulating gasket for the conduit hub connection on rigid conduit, not the flat cover gasket that seats under a conduit body lid. If you are sealing a Form 7 or Form 8 cover, order the cover gasket sized to that body, not a CIG.
3) What is the CIG gasket made of, and will it hold up outdoors?
Neoprene. That is the standard sealing elastomer for conduit work because it resists weather, ozone and oil better than natural rubber, which is why it is used at hub-to-enclosure joints exposed to the elements.
4) Is this gasket for rigid conduit or for EMT?
It is specified for rigid conduit. Use it at threaded rigid hub and locknut connections; EMT compression and set-screw connectors use their own sealing rings rather than this gasket.
5) Do I need one CIG gasket per conduit entry?
Yes, one per threaded entry you are sealing. The CIG is sold by hub size, so on a box with mixed runs you may need more than one size, for example CIG-3/4 for the 3/4 inch entries and CIG-2 for a 2 inch feeder entry.
