The four suffixes are mounting methods, not different pulls. The 1115 surface mounts with the screw holes through the face plate. The 1115C hides the fasteners by putting the mounting holes inside the cup. The 1115B is a back-to-back pair, one cup each side of the door bolted through. The 1115 Series is a sliding and pocket door pull, and a flush cup is the right call anywhere a projecting handle would foul a jamb, a wall pocket, or a second sliding leaf. On a bypass pair, each leaf needs its own pull. On a pocket door, order a back-to-back 1115B or 1115P if the door has to be moved from inside the pocket side as well.
