The 996K knob trim is built for Von Duprin 98 and 99 Series exit devices only. It is not a universal exit trim, so if the device on the door is another brand or another Von Duprin series, this is the wrong trim. These are separate platforms from the 98/99 mechanical trim, so the device compatibility needs confirming before ordering.
