1) Does the Von Duprin 990TP thumbpiece trim come in different versions for mortise devices versus rim and vertical rod devices?
Yes, and it is the first thing to settle on the order. The 990TP is built in two device-type versions: one for 98/99 Series mortise lock devices, and one that covers rim, surface vertical rod and concealed vertical rod devices.
