No transformer is included. The 27WT is a 12V fixture and needs a magnetic or electronic low voltage power supply, purchased separately, to run. It accepts an input range of 9-15V AC, so it tolerates the voltage drop you get on longer landscape runs. It is a hardwired fixture with a 3ft lead wire and two gel-filled direct burial wire nuts in the box for splicing to your main run.
2) Can the 27WT landscape light be buried in a planting bed or hit by irrigation spray?
It is factory sealed and IP66 rated, which covers high-pressure water jets, and it carries a wet location rating. Sprinkler spray, rain and hose wash-down are all within what it is built for. IP66 is not a submersion rating, so it is not for fountain or pond use. It also carries UL and cUL listings.
3) How do I go from a wide flood to a tight spot with the WAC 27WT without buying a different fixture?
You twist the fixture. The 27WT indexes at 15, 30, 45 and 60 degree intervals for continuous beam adjustment from flood to spot, covering a 10-50 degree beam spread range. A mechanical dial at the base also trims brightness. That means one SKU can uplight a tree trunk and wash a wall face on the same project, which is useful when you are standardizing a fixture across a property.
4) What dimmer works with the WAC 27WT LED accent light?

5) Will the 27WT hold up in a coastal or salt-air installation?
The standard fixture is cast in a K-alloy aluminum chosen for harsh environments. For oceanfront, marine or heavy salt-spray sites, order the -BBR finish instead, which is solid brass coated in bronze for better corrosion resistance. On an inland property the K-alloy casting is the normal choice.
6) What mounting hardware ships with the WAC 12V miniature accent light?
In the box: a 9in mounting spike for 12V fixtures, a detachable shroud for glare control, a 3ft lead wire, and two gel-filled direct burial wire nuts. That is enough to stake it in a bed and splice it to a run. Additional mounting and glare-control accessories are separate. The M6000-STAKE power stake is only needed on 120V fixtures, not on this 12V version.
7) Will the 2700K color of this WAC accent light match the rest of my landscape lighting?
The 27WT is a fixed 2700K warm white at 85 CRI, with 420 lumens from a single integral LED module. If the other fixtures on the property are 2700K warm white, it blends; if your existing run is 3000K or cooler, you will see the difference on adjacent trees or facades.
