This fixture is factory pre-set to a default setting of your choosing (30 in part number for 3000K, 35 in part number for 3500K, etc.) and can be easily modified in the field during installation by the flip of a switch.

1) Do I need a driver or transformer to wire the Bandeau WS-W21122?
No. It runs on 120V AC LED technology with the driver built in, so it hardwires straight to line voltage and fits on a pancake junction box. The backplate is 6 inches, which is what you are covering the box with. 277V and 240V are special order.
2) If I order the 3000K version, am I stuck with that color temperature?
No. Every Bandeau is 3-CCT selectable. There is a switch inside the canopy, reachable during installation, that toggles between 3000K warm white, 3500K white, and 4000K cool white. The number in the part number is just the factory preset, so WS-W21122-30-BK arrives at 3000K and can be flipped to either of the other two in the field. If you are standardizing a property, order any of the three and set them all on site.
3) Will the WAC Bandeau sconce meet ADA and California Title 24 on a commercial project?
It is listed ADA compliant and meets both Title 20 and Title 24, which covers the common hurdles on a California job and on corridors or walkways where projection limits apply.
