1) Can the WAC Bandeau WS-W21110 wall light be used outdoors in the rain or in a coastal shower area?
The Bandeau WS-W21110 carries a Wet location rating and is IP65 rated, so direct rain exposure on an exterior wall is within spec. It is rated for both indoor and outdoor use, so the same sconce can run down an exterior walkway and continue inside an entry vestibule. ETL and cETL listed for US and Canadian installs.
2) Do I have to pick the color temperature when I order the Bandeau sconce, or can I change it on site?
Both. The 10 inch Bandeau ships factory preset to whatever CCT you order (WS-W21110-30-BK for 3000K, -35-BK for 3500K, -40-BK for 4000K, all in black), and a switch inside the canopy lets an installer toggle between 3000K warm white, 3500K white, and 4000K cool white during installation. So if you buy a case set to 3000K and the architect wants 3500K on the north elevation, you flip the switch instead of reordering.
3) What junction box do I need behind this WAC Bandeau sconce, and does it need a remote driver?
