1) Will the Mamba LED pendant work on a sloped ceiling, and how far can it drop?
Sloped ceilings are fine. The driver is concealed in the fixture and the canopy accepts the cable suspension at an angle. You get 120 inches of cable to work with, adjusted at the canopy through push pin connectors, so you can hang it anywhere from a tight ceiling mount down to a 10 foot drop over a stairwell or double height entry. Longer cable can be special ordered.
2) What dimmer works with the WAC Mamba PD-71226?
Use an ELV (electronic low voltage) or TRIAC dimmer. Those are the two control types the Mamba's integral driver is built for. Standard incandescent/magnetic low voltage dimmers are not the right match, and a mismatched dimmer is the usual cause of flicker or a dead bottom end on an integrated LED fixture.
