1) Will the WAC Mirror Mirror WS-32027 vanity light work on 277V commercial power?
Yes. The WS-32027 uses a universal voltage driver rated 120-240-277V, concealed in the canopy, so the same fixture goes into a residential 120V bath or a 277V commercial restroom circuit with no separate transformer. It is hardwired, not plug-in, so a junction box at the mounting location is required.
2) What dimmer do I need for the WS-32027 LED vanity light?
It dims with an electronic low voltage (ELV), TRIAC, or 0-10V dimmer, smooth and continuous through the range. A standard incandescent/magnetic low voltage dimmer is not one of the three listed types, so spec one of those controls if the room is on a dimmer.
3) Is this fixture rated for a wet shower area or just a bathroom wall?
Damp location rated and IP44, with ETL and cETL listing. That covers a bathroom wall, over a vanity, or a covered exterior spot like a porch soffit. It is not wet-rated, so keep it out of direct shower spray and out of uncovered outdoor locations.
