1) Is this WAC bath bar safe over a shower or in a steam-heavy bathroom?
The Melrose WS-36032 carries a Damp location rating and an IP44 rating along with ETL and cETL listings. That covers a normal bathroom, including the humidity around a vanity or a covered exterior spot. It is not wet-location rated, so do not put it inside a shower enclosure or anywhere it takes direct water.
2) What dimmer works with the WS-36032 LED vanity light, and will it flicker?
It dims on ELV, TRIAC, or 0-10V controls. The driver is universal voltage (120V, 240V, 277V) and sits inside the canopy, so there is no remote driver to find a home for. If you are seeing flicker or drop-out, the usual cause is a legacy incandescent dimmer that is not one of those three types.
3) Does the WS-36032 meet California Title 24 for a bathroom remodel?
Yes, the Melrose WS-36032 is listed as Title 24 compliant and Title 20 compliant, which is what a California permit inspection looks for on a residential bath fixture. It is not Energy Star listed, so do not submit it against an Energy Star rebate.
4) Is the 32-inch Melrose vanity light ADA compliant for a commercial restroom?
No. The WS-36032 is not ADA compliant, and its 4 inch height means projection from the wall needs checking against your protruding-objects requirement. For an ADA-governed corridor or public restroom wall, specify an ADA-listed sconce instead. Above a vanity in a private bath it is generally not the controlling condition.

Yes. The same fixture runs 120V, 240V, or 277V off its universal driver, drawing 30W. That makes it usable in hotel guest baths on 120V and in commercial corridors or restrooms fed at 277V without ordering a different part number.
