Use an electronic low voltage (ELV) dimmer. The PL-LED34 dims smoothly and continuously on ELV and is not rated for other dimming protocols, so a standard incandescent/TRIAC forward-phase dimmer or a 0-10V control is the wrong pairing and can cause flicker or drop-out at the low end. Specify the ELV dimmer as a separate line item; it isn't supplied with the fixture.

The head rotates 35 degrees up or down after mounting, which is the adjustment you use to kill reflections on glazed or varnished work.
