1) How high a ceiling can the WAC Jedi PD-51344 linear chandelier hang from?
The Jedi linear chandelier adjusts from a 14 inch minimum height up to 122 inches overall. It ships with three 12 inch down rods and one 6 inch down rod plus 10 feet of wire (130 inches of wire total), so you can hang it over a tall stairwell or a double-height dining space. Additional down rods are sold separately if you need more drop than the included set gives you.
2) Will the Jedi PD-51344 chandelier run on 277V in a commercial building?
Yes. The driver is universal input, 120V, 240V or 277V, and it is concealed inside the canopy, so the same fixture works on a residential 120V circuit or a 277V commercial lighting branch without a separate transformer.
3) What kind of dimmer do I need for the WAC Jedi LED linear chandelier?
Use an electronic low voltage (ELV) dimmer. The fixture is ELV dimmable only, so a standard incandescent/forward-phase or MLV dimmer is the wrong control and will give you flicker or dropout. Specify an ELV control on the circuit before rough-in.
4) Can this LED linear chandelier go over a covered patio or in a bathroom?
It carries a Damp location rating and an IP44 rating, so covered exterior areas and bathrooms outside the shower spray zone are acceptable. It is not wet rated, so do not use it where it will take direct rain or hose-down. It is hardwired and ceiling mounted.
5) If one of the 44 LED filament tubes fails, do I have to replace the whole fixture?
No. Each of the 44 LED filament lamps is individually replaceable and uses a quick connector, so a maintenance tech can swap a single tube instead of pulling the fixture. The LEDs are rated at 50,000 average hours.
6) How much light does the WAC Jedi 44.75 inch linear chandelier put out, and how much power does it draw?
2,006 lumens at 27.7 watts, in 3000K warm white with a flood distribution through a glass diffuser. That output suits a dining table or island as a decorative layer; if you need task-level illumination on the surface below, plan on additional downlights.
7) What size junction box opening does the Jedi chandelier canopy cover?
The backplate measures 6.13 inches in diameter, which covers a standard round ceiling box. Mounting is to the ceiling via the canopy, with the universal driver housed inside it, so make sure the box location can carry the fixture and leave room for the driver above the canopy.
8) Is the WAC Jedi chandelier ADA compliant or Title 24 compliant?
No on both. It is not ADA compliant, which matters only for wall-projection rules and not for a ceiling-hung linear pendant, and it is not Title 24 compliant. It is Title 20 compliant and carries ETL and cETL listings. For California Title 24 residential spaces, you will need a JA8 qualified fixture instead.
9) What finishes does the WAC Jedi PD-51344 linear chandelier come in?
Two: Aged Brass (PD-51344-AB) and Black (PD-51344-BK), both in 3000K. The body is aluminum with glass diffuser tubes, so matching other Jedi collection pieces across a project means staying within those two finishes.
10) Can I get the Jedi linear chandelier in 2700K or 3500K instead of 3000K?
The stocked configuration is 3000K. Custom CCT is available by special order from WAC, not off the shelf, so a project matching an existing 2700K scheme needs to be quoted as a special rather than ordered as a standard variant.
