The cable suspension ships with 120 inches of wire, and the fixture body itself accounts for 9.25 inches of that overall height. Field-cut the cable to set your drop.
2) Can the PD-68909 pendant go in a covered porch or a bathroom?
It carries a damp location rating and an IP44 rating, so a covered porch, a soffit, or a bathroom outside the shower spray zone is fine. It is not rated for wet locations, meaning no direct rain or open exterior exposure.
3) What dimmer works with the WAC Banded 5 inch LED pendant?
It is an ELV (electronic low voltage) dimming fixture, and it dims down to 10 percent of full output. Pair it with an ELV dimmer rated for LED loads, not a standard incandescent forward-phase dimmer, or you will get flicker and drop-out at the bottom of the range.
4) Will the PD-68909 run on 277V commercial power?

Add the -T24 suffix to the part number as a special order, for example PD-68909-T24-AB in Aged Brass. The standard catalog build is not the Title 24 configuration; on the T24 version the driver relocates into the canopy. The fixture does meet Title 20.
7) What finishes does the WAC Banded 5 inch mini pendant come in?
Three: Aged Brass (PD-68909-AB), Black (PD-68909-BK), and Brushed Nickel (PD-68909-BN). All three are the same 3000K warm white color temperature, so you can mix finishes across a space without a color shift between fixtures.
8) Do I ever have to change a bulb in this pendant?
No. The light source is an integrated LED, supplied with the fixture and rated for 60,000 hours. There is no socket and no lamp to replace; at end of life the fixture is replaced. Plan for that when specifying it in a hard-to-reach stairwell drop.
