Yes. The WS-W61808 Block sconce carries a Wet location rating and an IP65 rating, so it can go on an exposed wall with no overhang, as well as indoors. Body is solid aluminum with a weather-resistant finish and die-cut clear glass accents.
2) Will this WAC Block sconce run on 277V commercial power, or do I need a separate model?
One model covers it. The WS-W61808 has a universal voltage driver concealed in the fixture that runs 120V, 240V, or 277V, so the same part number works on residential 120V and on 277V building circuits. It is hardwired, no plug.
3) What dimmer do I need for the WAC WS-W61808 LED wall light?
An electronic low voltage (ELV) dimmer. The integrated LED dims smooth and continuous on ELV; a standard incandescent/TRIAC forward-phase dimmer is not the right control for it. Spec the ELV dimmer with the fixture so the job doesn't come back for flicker or drop-out.
4) Can I mount this Block LED sconce upside down for downlight only?
Yes. The single-light Block WS-W61808 mounts either up or down, so you can wash the wall upward at an entry or throw the light down onto a walkway using the same fixture. Decide orientation at install; there is no separate part number for it. The two-light version of the Block throws both directions at once.
