1) Can the WAC Endurance WP-LED119 wall pack be mounted upside down or on a ceiling?
Yes. The Endurance WP-LED119 is rated for ceiling or wall mounting in any orientation, so you can aim it down off a wall, up for indirect wash, or hang it from a soffit. A built-in level helps you set the aim once it is up, and the 20 degree forward throw beam means orientation decides where the light lands.
2) Will this WAC wall pack work on an existing surface-mount junction box?
It will. The WP-LED119 ships with a box sleeve for use over an existing surface-mount junction box, so you can reuse the box already on the wall. It is a hardwired fixture, no plug or cord.
3) Does the WP-LED119 run on 277V, or do I need a separate fixture for my commercial panel?
One fixture covers it. The Endurance WP-LED119 takes a universal input of 120-240-277V, so the same part number works on residential 120V circuits and on 277V commercial lighting branch circuits. The driver is concealed inside the housing, so there is no remote driver to mount.

5) Does a photocell or motion sensor come with the WAC WP-LED119?
No. The WP-LED119 is sensor compatible, but the photo/motion sensor is a separate order item. If you need dusk-to-dawn or occupancy switching on this fixture, budget for the sensor as an add-on line. The LED module itself is integrated and included, so there is no lamp to buy.
