Yes. The 2101 inground indicator is a wet location rated outdoor fixture carrying UL, cUL and IP66 ratings, so direct rain, irrigation spray and washdown are within its rating. The body is stainless steel with a clear glass lens, and the LED module is factory sealed. It ships with two Ideal direct burial wire nuts for the splice to the underground run, which is the connection point that usually fails on driveway and walkway markers.

Low voltage only. The 2101 is a 12V hardwired fixture drawing 4.1W, so it goes on a landscape transformer secondary, not a 120V branch circuit. At 4.1W per head you can load a lot of them on one run before the transformer becomes the limit. It comes with 36 inches of wire off the fixture to reach your main cable.

The 2101 measures 1.88 inches in diameter and 3.13 inches high, with an overall footprint of 2.75 by 2.75 inches at the top plate. Size the core to the 1.88 inch body and the 3.13 inch depth plus room to dress the 36 inch lead below. A spring retention clip is in the box, which is what holds the housing in the sleeve or core, so you are not relying on adhesive.

Two choices on the order. Color temperature is 2700K or 3000K, and finish is bare stainless steel or stainless steel coated in bronze. It will not light the surface you walk on the way a stem mounted path light does. Use the inground indicator where you need the route marked and nothing sticking up, and a bagster or stem path light where you actually need footcandles on the pavement.

The 2101 dims on MLV, magnetic low voltage. That is the dimmer type to spec, and it needs to match a magnetic landscape transformer. Put it on an ELV or a standard incandescent dimmer and you will get flicker, drop out at the bottom of the range, or no dimming at all. If the site already has a controller running a magnetic transformer, this drops straight into that scheme.

The LED in the 2101 is an integrated, factory sealed module, so there is no lamp to change and no socket to service. It is rated at 70,000 hours. For an MRO or property maintenance plan, treat the head as the replacement unit rather than stocking lamps, and keep spare heads in the same Kelvin as the run so a swap is invisible.

Each 2101 arrives as a complete fixture: sealed LED, 36 inches of wire, a hardware pack, the spring retention clip, two Ideal direct burial wire nuts, and an interchangeable faceplate. What is not in the box is the 12V transformer, the low voltage cable run, and any sleeve or coring for setting it in hardscape. Order those separately with the heads.

Each head puts out 200 lumens from a 4.1W LED at either 2700K or 3000K. That is marker level output, not area lighting, so the spacing question is about visual rhythm rather than coverage: they read as a dotted line, and closer spacing gives a more continuous edge. Because they draw only 4.1W each, adding heads to tighten the spacing rarely pushes a transformer, which is the usual constraint on a long driveway run.
