1) Will the WAC Lighting Exterminator II LED1035 track head fit my existing J-style track?
Yes. The LED1035 Exterminator II is built as a J track fixture, so it mounts to standard H/J-type (Juno-style) track. It is a head only, not a complete system, so the track section, power feed and end caps have to be ordered separately. Track circuit must be 120V line voltage.
2) Should I order the 25 degree or 55 degree beam on this WAC track head?
Both are offered. The 25 degree beam is the narrow spot, for punching light down from a high ceiling onto artwork, merchandise displays or a single feature. The 55 degree is a wide flood, better for washing a wall, lighting a work surface, or spacing fewer heads across a room. Beam spread is fixed per fixture, so pick it per application before ordering.
3) Can I get the Exterminator II head in a color temperature that matches the rest of my building's lighting?
Four color temperatures are available: 2700K, 3000K, 3500K and 4000K. 2700K and 3000K read warm for hospitality and residential lobbies, 3500K is the common neutral spec for offices and retail, 4000K is the cool end for task and merchandising areas. CRI is specified separately at 85 or 90, with 90 the choice where color accuracy on products or artwork matters.
4) Can I use the Exterminator II LED track head outdoors or in a covered patio?
No. It is rated for dry interior locations only, so it should not go on a covered porch, in a car wash bay, or in a bathroom over a shower where it would see moisture. For damp or wet areas you need a fixture carrying a damp or wet location listing instead.
5) Does the WAC LED1035 Exterminator II meet Energy Star, and is it Title 24 compliant for California?
Energy Star qualified, and ETL and cETL safety listed for the US and Canada. It is not Title 24 compliant, so for a California project with Title 24 lighting requirements this head will not satisfy that portion of the energy code on its own. It is also not ADA compliant, which matters only where a fixture projects into a protruding-object zone, not for ceiling track.
6) Is this WAC track head dimmable, and what kind of dimmer do I need?
The LED1035 Exterminator II is dimmable on a 120V line-voltage circuit. Because it is an integrated LED head, it has to be paired with an LED-rated dimmer on the track circuit, and all heads on that circuit should be the same type to avoid flicker and drop-out at the low end.
7) How much does this track head drop below the ceiling, and will it clear a shelf or sign?
The Exterminator II head measures 6.39 inches in height, 5.25 inches in length and width, and 3.39 inches in diameter at the body. Add your track height to that 6.39 inches when you are checking clearance against soffits, signage or shelving. It also mounts reversibly, so the head can be oriented either way on the track.
8) What finishes does the WAC Exterminator II LED head come in for matching existing track?
Three finishes: Black, Brushed Nickel and White. Black and White are the usual picks for blending the head into a dark or painted ceiling, Brushed Nickel where the track and trim package is already nickel. Housing is aluminum with a clear glass lens.

Rated at 100,000 average hours. For a facility running 12 hours a day that is roughly 22 years of service, which is why the LED module is integrated rather than lamp-replaceable.
