1) Will the WAC HHT-007 track head fit my existing track, or do I need a specific system?
The HHT-007 is an H-track fixture, so it mounts to WAC H-series (single-circuit) track. It will not drop onto J or L track profiles without the matching system. Order part numbers run H-7011/3-930 with a finish suffix.
2) Does the WAC HHT-007 track head come with a bulb?
No lamp is included. You supply an MR16 lamp with a GY5.3 bi-pin base, up to 50W.
3) Do I need a separate low voltage transformer for this WAC low voltage track head?
No remote transformer is needed. The head runs off 120V track and steps the power down at the fixture for the MR16 lamp, so it feeds directly from a standard 120V H-track run.
4) What dimmer works with the WAC HHT-007 low voltage track head?
It is rated for ELV (electronic low voltage) dimming. Pair it with an ELV dimmer, not a standard incandescent or MLV dimmer, and confirm the lamp you install is itself dimmable since no lamp ships with the head.
5) Can this WAC track head be used in a covered exterior walkway or a bathroom with a shower?
No. It carries a Dry location rating and is listed for indoor use only, so it is out for damp or wet spots like covered exteriors, shower areas, or unconditioned porches. Pick a damp or wet rated head for those.
