Yes. The Windmill F-080L is rated for wet locations and listed for indoor or outdoor use, so covered patios, porches, and exposed pergolas are all in scope. It runs on 120V and carries cUL/UL certification.
2) Will the 65 inch Windmill fan work on a sloped or vaulted ceiling?
It is sloped ceiling compatible. The fan hangs from a downrod with a 6 inch canopy and stands 16.5 inches tall overall, so plan your drop from the ceiling plane at the mounting point.
3) Does the WAC Windmill fan come with a light kit and a remote, or do I order those separately?
Both are included. An integrated LED light kit ships with the fan, putting out 1600 lumens at 3000K behind a frosted glass lens, downlight only, and a handheld remote is in the box. The LED is integrated, so there is no lamp to buy.
