1) Will the Klein 1003 strip 14 AWG solid house wire from Romex?
Yes. The Klein Tools 1003 handles 12-26 AWG solid, so 14 AWG and 12 AWG solid conductors from NM cable are both inside its range. On stranded it works 14-28 AWG, so very fine stranded down to 28 AWG is covered but 12 AWG stranded is not.
2) Can I set the Klein 1003 to strip the same length over and over on a panel build?
