1) Will the Yale Kincaid keyed entry lever fit a 1-3/8 inch door, or does it need a standard 1-3/4 inch door?
Both. The Kincaid lever from Yale's YH Collection covers a door thickness range of 1-3/8 to 1-3/4 inches out of the box, so it goes on older interior doors and standard commercial-thickness doors without an extension kit. The bore prep is the usual cylindrical setup: 2-1/8 inch cross bore through the face of the door and a 1 inch edge bore for the latch.
2) Do I have to order the Yale Kincaid lever left or right handed?
No handing to specify. The YH Collection levers use a non-handed design, so the same lockset works on a left or right hand door and you set the lever orientation during install. That is one less line item to get wrong when you are ordering hardware for a building with doors swinging both ways.
3) Can I get several Yale Kincaid entry levers keyed alike so one key opens all of them?

It is an entrance function lockset, so the outside can be locked and unlocked by key while the inside always turns free for egress. If you need key control from both sides of the opening, this is not the part.
5) Is a Yale YH Collection lever strong enough for a light commercial door, or is it residential only?
It is built to a residential spec but tested to ANSI/BHMA A156.2 Grade 2, which Yale describes as light commercial quality. Grade 2 is the middle of the three bored lockset grades, above Grade 3 residential and below Grade 1 heavy commercial. For an office suite door, a common area, or a leasing office it holds up. For a high traffic entrance in a school or hospital corridor, specify a Grade 1 cylindrical lock instead.
6) Does the Yale Kincaid keyed entry lever come with a latch and strike, or do I order those separately?
Everything for the opening is in the box: two levers, two roses, the interior and exterior chassis, the latch, the strike plate, and four screws. The mounting screws come pre-installed. You do not need to buy a latch or strike separately. What is not included is a deadbolt, so if the opening calls for one, order that as its own part and match the finish.
7) Is a keyed entry lever the right choice for an interior bathroom or bedroom door, or should I use a privacy set?
For a bathroom or bedroom, a privacy lever is normally the better call: it locks with a thumbturn from inside and has an emergency release outside, with no key to lose. On a lever that matters more than on a knob, because a lever gives a person leverage on the handle and a light core sags over time.
