1) Will the Intermatic T103R switch a 240V circuit, or is it 120V only?
The T103R is a 120 VAC, 60 Hz timer only. Its clock motor is wired for 120 volts, so it will not run on a 240V supply. The DPST switching does let it break both legs of a two-wire load on a 120V system, which is useful where the load has to be fully disconnected rather than just switched on one pole.
2) Can the T103R time switch be mounted outside on a building wall?
