1) Will this 2ft Keystone microstrip match the color of the fixtures already installed in my building?
Likely, as long as your existing fixtures are 3500K, 4000K or 5000K. The microstrip has Color Select across those three temperatures, chosen at the fixture, with CRI above 80. For a property manager retrofitting in phases, that means you pick the strip to match what's on the adjacent runs instead of ordering a color-specific part.
2) Does the Keystone 2ft microstrip run on 277V, or do I need a separate fixture for my 277V panel?
Same fixture. Input voltage is 120-277V, so it drops onto 120V, 208V, 240V or 277V branch circuits without a different part number. Useful on mixed-voltage sites where the back-of-house is 277 and the office area is 120.
3) What kind of dimmer works with this Keystone microstrip LED strip?
It takes 0-10V dimming, which is a low-voltage control signal on a separate pair of conductors, not a line-voltage wall dimmer. If you wire it to a standard forward-phase or TRIAC dimmer it won't dim. Plan for a 0-10V compatible control and the extra control pair in the run. There's no wireless or integrated control on this fixture.
4) Is this Keystone microstrip DLC listed for utility rebates?
