The FC16T9/CW uses a G10q base, the four-pin square connector used on standard circline fixtures, and it is a T9 tube. Two things decide the fit: the base must be G10q and the ring diameter has to match your fixture's lamp holder and clips. This one is the 16-inch size, with a stated dimension of 15.98 in / 406.00 mm. If your fixture takes a 12-inch or 8-inch ring, you need the smaller wattage in the family instead.
2) Does this 40W circline bulb need a rapid start ballast?
