1) Can I put this 22W circline bulb on a dimmer?
No. The 22W T9 circline is not a dimmable lamp, and it is rapid start, so it needs a standard rapid start circline ballast on a full-on circuit. Putting it on a dimmer will cause flicker, short life, or no start at all. If dimming is a requirement for the space, the circline fluorescent is the wrong lamp choice.
2) Will 4100K cool white match the circline lamps already installed in my building?
