The K800 ships with a B102 large pouch, one 72/30CAB 4 inch cable padlock, two 72/40 aluminum padlocks, one E201 single-pole breaker lockout, one E202 multi-pole breaker lockout, one universal plug lockout, one T100 Do Not Operate tag, and a 10-pack of cable ties. That covers single-pole and multi-pole breakers plus cord-and-plug equipment out of one bag.

Yes. It carries an E201 single-pole breaker lockout for standard individual breakers and an E202 multi-pole breaker lockout for two- and three-pole breakers, so a panel with a mix of both is covered without ordering separate devices.

The K800 is built around electrical energy control on a jobsite: breaker lockouts and a plug lockout. There are no valve, ball valve, or gate valve lockout devices in it. If you need to isolate pneumatic, hydraulic, or steam lines, you will need valve-specific lockout devices in addition to this kit.

Three padlocks come in the kit, two 72/40 aluminum padlocks and one 72/30CAB cable padlock, so as supplied it covers up to three lock points or three authorized workers. Crews running group lockout with more people on the job will need to add padlocks and a hasp beyond what the kit provides.

It encloses the male plug end of a cord-connected tool or piece of equipment so the plug cannot be reinserted into a receptacle while work is underway. On construction sites that is how you isolate portable equipment that has no breaker of its own. A padlock from the kit secures it.

The 72/30CAB is a 4 inch cable padlock, and the flexible cable reaches through disconnect handles, oversized hasps, and awkward lock points that a rigid shackle will not span. The two 72/40 aluminum padlocks handle the conventional hasp and breaker device applications.

For basic single-worker electrical lockout, no. The kit self-contains the padlocks, breaker devices, plug lockout, tag, and ties in the B102 pouch. What it does not include is a group lockout hasp, additional worker padlocks beyond the three supplied, or any valve lockout hardware, so add those if your procedure calls for them.

The K800 is a commercial-duty product. It is assembled for contractors and site crews running lockout/tagout on live construction work, and the pouch and devices are made to be carried on the job rather than kept in a drawer.

The T100 tag is unrippable vinyl with a matte surface that stands up to moisture, so rain and washdown will not pulp it the way a card stock tag goes. Ten cable ties come with the kit for attaching tags, and the tag body is recycled plastic made in the USA.
