1) Do I need a concrete/wood bracket to mount a maglock on a wood frame?
On a wood frame, or a metal frame that has been filled with concrete or grout, you can't use blind nuts the way you would in a hollow metal frame. The CWB-32 is the bracket for those conditions, and in many cases it's simply easier to install than fighting blind nuts. It also gives you a concealed chamber to run the lock wiring through.
2) Can a Corbin Russwin 615F5 parallel arm bracket be used to mount a Securitron M32 magnalock?
No. The Corbin Russwin 615F5 is a parallel arm bracket, a door closer part that adapts a closer arm to the door face. The Securitron CWB-32 is a magnetic lock mounting bracket made to work with the Securitron M32, and it also provides a concealed wire chamber for the lock's wiring, which a closer bracket has no provision for. The two share the word bracket and nothing else about the application.
3) How do I run the wire for an M32 maglock when I can't drill through a concrete filled frame?
That's what the concealed wire chamber in the CWB-32 bracket is for. The bracket body carries the lock wiring inside it instead of requiring a clean through-path in the frame, which is the usual problem on grout filled metal and solid wood frames.

6) Is there a version of the CWB-32 that hides the hardware the way a closer cover does?
The CWB-32 itself conceals the magnetic lock wiring in an internal wire chamber and comes in clear anodized or black anodized so it can be matched to the frame. If what you want is a cover over a door closer body, that is a different part, such as the Corbin Russwin 597F78 standard full cover with insert assembly for commercial door closers.
7) Is the Securitron CWB-32 a residential part or a commercial one?
