1) Will the TS-2T request to exit button fit a standard single gang electrical box?
The TS-2T mounts on a single gang wall plate, so it goes into a standard single gang box or ring. The one dimension that catches people out is depth: the switch sits 2-1/2 inches behind the plate, so a shallow box or a box crowded with existing conductors will not take it. Check the box depth before you cut in, especially on a retrofit into an older masonry or metal stud wall.
2) What voltage does the Alarm Controls TS-2T push button run on and what can its contacts switch?
The LED in the green push button runs on 12 or 24 VAC or VDC, so it will run off the same low voltage supply feeding most access control panels or maglocks. The timed SPDT contacts are dry and rated 2A at 35 VDC. That is enough to break a maglock or strike circuit directly on a small opening, but a lock drawing more than 2A needs an interposing relay rather than wiring the load straight through the button.

Both are the same 2 inch green illuminated square push button on a single gang stainless plate, labeled PUSH TO EXIT. The TS-2T gives you one momentary SPDT timed output. The TS-2TD gives a dual timed output, so you can time two separate circuits from the one button, for example a lock and a separate device that needs its own timing. If you only have one lock to release, the TS-2T is the one to order.
5) I need both a momentary contact and a timed contact from one exit button, which Alarm Controls TS model do I order?
That is the TS-2-2T. It carries two SPDT outputs, one set of momentary contacts and one set of timed contacts, which is what you need when the access control panel wants an unswitched momentary REX signal for shunting the door contact while a separate timed set drops the lock.
