The TS6701D is zinc plated carbon steel, which is intended for dry interior use. Zinc plating gives limited corrosion protection only; for exterior exposure, washdown areas, or anything near chlorides, specify a hot dip galvanized or stainless wedge anchor of the same 1 inch by 9 inch size instead.

Wedge anchors like the TS6701D are for solid, poured concrete and are a one-shot, permanent anchor: you drive it through the fixture into the hole and tighten the nut, which expands the clip at the bottom.
