It will not. Baldwin states the Palm Spring rose does not cover the 2.125 inch standard door preparation, so on a door already bored for a standard lockset you will see bare hole around the trim. Plan it for a new door with a smaller prep, or fill and re-prep the existing one.
3) What is the difference between the Pair and Half Pair option on the Baldwin R046 dummy rose?
Type sets how much trim you get. Pair covers both faces of the door for a full dummy set; Half Pair is one side only, which is what you want for a half dummy such as a closet or cabinet door where nothing is needed on the back. Both choices are offered in every finish.
