2) Is the BEA 10JAMBSWITCHMOM momentary or maintained on/off?
Momentary only. The switch is SPDT and makes contact just while the key is turned, then springs back, so it sends a single activation pulse to whatever it is wired into, an operator, a mag lock release, a strike. If you need the door to stay unlocked or the operator held off until someone comes back and turns the key again, a momentary switch is the wrong choice and you want the on/off maintained version of the keyswitch instead.
3) Can I key the BEA keyswitch to match the rest of my building's locks?
That depends on the cylinder, not on the switch.
