Nuts are included. Each UBS010 U-bolt ships with two hex nuts, one per leg, so nothing else is needed to make up the clamp except whatever backing plate or strap your detail calls for.

It is 18-8 stainless steel, the standard austenitic grade used where plated carbon steel would rust. That makes it suitable for damp and exterior mechanical work. For chloride-heavy environments like coastal exposure or pool chemistry rooms, 18-8 is the baseline grade rather than the upgraded one.
