The CV-KTH is an HID format proximity key tag running 125 MHz with 37-bit Wiegand output, so it reads on equipment set up for that HID protocol and bit format. If your readers are programmed for a different bit format (26-bit, for example), the credential number won't decode correctly even though the tag is 125 MHz. Prox key tags on 125 kHz HID protocol are read-only credentials, encoded at the factory. You enroll each tag into your access control software by presenting it at a reader or an enrollment station and assigning it to a user. There is nothing to write to the tag itself.
