The CV-TXM-2 is a transmitter fob for Camden's MProx-BLE controller. It is not a proximity card or a generic 433 MHz remote for any receiver, so it pairs to an MProx-BLE unit and nothing else.
2) Is the Camden CV-TXM-2 a complete access control kit or just the fob?
Just the fob. The CV-TXM-2 is the user credential only, part of Camden's CV-603 series accessories. The MProx-BLE controller and any reader or receiver hardware are ordered separately.
3) What frequency does the Camden CV-TXM-2 fob transmit on?
433 MHz. That matters if you are matching fobs to an existing Camden MProx-BLE installation, since a receiver tuned to another frequency will not pick it up.

Two buttons. A two-button fob lets you assign separate transmit channels, so a resident can trigger two different openings, say a gate and a garage door, from one fob instead of carrying two.

No. It is an RF transmitter fob at 433 MHz, meant to be pressed at a distance, not presented to a proximity reader. If you need a tap credential for a card reader, you want a prox card or prox fob instead.
