1) Will the Don-Jo 6 CW wrap around plate fit my deadbolt prep?
Only if the door is bored 1-1/2 inches with a 2-3/8 inch backset. The 6 CW is punched for that exact combination, so it drops over an existing deadbolt prep with no field drilling. If your deadbolt sits on a 2-3/4 inch backset, or the bore is 2-1/8 inches (the usual bore for a lockset rather than a deadbolt), this plate will not line up and you need a different wrap.
2) Does the Don-Jo 6 CW wrap around plate work on a 1-3/8 inch door?
No. The 6 CW is formed for 1-3/4 inch doors, which is the standard commercial thickness. A wrap around has to grip the door face on both sides, so a plate bent for 1-3/4 inch stock will sit loose and rock on a 1-3/8 inch door. For older 1-3/8 inch interior doors you need a wrap sized for that thickness.
