1) Is the B-Line 747212-4FD3PT enclosure rated for outdoor use with hose-directed water?
The 4FD3PT carries a NEMA 4 rating, which covers windblown dust, rain, splashing water and hose-directed water. Sealing comes from a seamless poured in-place gasket rather than a cut and glued gasket, so there is no joint at the corners to weep. It is UL 50 listed.

Carbon steel, 12 gauge, finished in painted ANSI 61 grey. Carbon steel with paint is standard for outdoor industrial service, but in coastal, wash-down chemical or food processing environments where the coating gets attacked, specify a stainless 304 or 316 enclosure instead.
5) Does this enclosure come with a back panel or any mounting hardware for the gear inside?
