Yes. The 66-12LE9B is sized for 6 inch by 6 inch wireway, with a 6 in height and 6 in width and an overall length/depth of 9.44 in. It turns a run 90 degrees on the inside of the corner, so the elbow's opening faces the short side of the turn. If your run is a different cross section, say 4x4 or 8x8, you need the elbow built for that size, not this one.
2) Is this wireway elbow rated for a wet or washdown area?
The 66-12LE9B is a NEMA 12 fitting and ships with a sealing plate kit, so it is built for dust, falling dirt and dripping non-corrosive liquids in indoor industrial space. NEMA 12 is not a hosedown or outdoor rating. For washdown or exterior runs you want NEMA 4 or 4X wireway and fittings instead.
3) What is the difference between an inside opening and an outside opening 90 degree wireway elbow?
It comes down to which face of the corner you pull wire through. The 66-12LE9B is an inside opening elbow, meaning the removable cover is on the inside (short) radius of the 90 degree turn. An outside opening elbow puts the access on the long side. Pick based on which face is reachable once the wireway is mounted against the wall or structure. Get it backwards and the cover ends up buried against the wall.
