Ordering note: the 6612 part of the number is the 6 inch height by 6 inch width, and the 12WT is the 12 inch length.

It is a NEMA 12 enclosure, so it's built for indoor use against falling dirt, dust, and dripping non-corrosive liquids. NEMA 12 is not a hosedown or outdoor rating. For washdown duty you want a NEMA 4 or 4X wireway instead, and for outdoors a NEMA 3R.
