1) Is this wiring trough rated for a dusty or washdown industrial area?
It is a NEMA 12 enclosure, so it is built for indoor use against falling dirt, dust, and dripping non-corrosive liquids. NEMA 12 is not a washdown or hosedown rating, so for direct spray you want a NEMA 4 or 4X trough instead. It also carries CSA C22.2 certification.
2) Does this trough need separate mounting brackets, or can I bolt it straight to the wall?

It ships as a plain 14 gauge steel gutter with no factory conduit openings listed. Installers punch their own holes to suit the conduit entries on the job, then use sealing hubs or gasketed connectors if the NEMA 12 rating has to be maintained at each penetration.
