1) What size is the Eaton B-Line 6636-12WT wiring trough?
The 6636-12WT is a 6 by 6 inch cross section, 36 inches long. That gives you a 6 inch by 6 inch wire-pulling area through the run, which is the size most often used as a gutter feeding a bank of disconnects or panels. 2) Is the 6636-12WT wiring trough rated for a washdown or dusty industrial area?

Welded external mounting feet are part of the body, so it bolts straight to the wall or to Unistrut with no add-on brackets. Because the feet are external, the inside stays clear for conductors and the trough sits off the mounting surface. You supply the fasteners and anchors for your substrate.
4) Does the cover come off completely or is it hinged?
Hinged. The cover stays attached on heavy-duty hinges and is held closed with screw clamps, so you are not balancing a loose lid or hunting for screws on a ladder during a pull. If your install needs a fully removable screw cover instead, that is a different trough configuration.
5) Is the 6636-12WT approved for work in Canada?
It carries CSA C22.2 certification, so it is acceptable for Canadian installations as well as US work. Institutional and MRO buyers standardizing across both sides of the border can spec the same trough for either.
6) Does this trough come with knockouts or do I punch my own openings?
The 6636-12WT is a seamless NEMA 12 body, so entries are made where you need them. Plan on punching or drilling for your conduit and using gasketed hubs or sealing locknuts at every opening, otherwise you give up the NEMA 12 protection the enclosure is built for.
