1) What size is the Eaton B-Line 6636 GGV wireway and how many conductors of space does it give me?
The 6636 GGV is a 6 x 6 inch cross section, 36 inches long. That 36 square inches of interior gives you a lot of usable fill for a gutter or pull section feeding panels, and the square profile means it mounts flat against a wall in either orientation. Cross section is what sets your conductor fill under the wireway rules, so size your bundle off the 6 by 6, not the 36 inch run length.
2) Can I use this B-Line wiring trough outdoors or in a washdown area?
No. The 6636 GGV is a NEMA 1 enclosure, which is indoor general purpose only. It gives protection against incidental contact and falling dirt, nothing more, and the screw cover is not gasketed. For outdoors, wet locations, or anywhere getting hosed down you need a NEMA 3R or 4 rated trough instead.
3) Does the 6636 GGV wireway come with knockouts already punched, or do I have to drill it?
It ships with 11 knockouts along the top and 11 along the bottom, so for a straight run feeding a row of panels or disconnects you can usually pull off the shelf without punching anything. 4) How does the screw cover trough differ from a hinged cover wireway?

Galvanized steel in 16 gauge, finished gray, with plated screws on the cover. It is still a NEMA 1 box, so keep it out of anything wet.
