No. The 1141 is trim only: plates, handles, and cylinder. The multi point mortise lock box stays out of the box, so you need the gearbox already in the door or ordered separately. 3) What do I have to specify when ordering the Emtek 1141 Tuscany trim?
Five things. Lever style (Medici, Napoli, Octagon or Padua), handing (right or left), keyway (Schlage standard or Weiser WR5), finish (Flat Black Bronze or Medium Bronze), and your keying preference, keyed different or keyed alike. There is also a field for keying to a specific code and one for door thickness if yours is other than standard. Handing is not field-reversible on this trim, so get it right off the drawing or by standing outside the door and noting which side the hinges are on.
4) Can I key the Emtek 1141 patio door trim to match my existing Schlage or Kwikset house keys?
Yes, within the two keyways offered. The American cylinder ships in either a Schlage keyway (the standard choice) or a Weiser WR5 keyway, and you can order it keyed alike with other openings or keyed to a specific code.
