1) Does the Emtek 1284 multi point trim include the mortise lock body?
No. The Emtek 1284 is trim only: plates and handles. The multi point mortise lock box has to come from elsewhere, usually the door manufacturer's own gear, so you need to confirm the existing lock body in the door before ordering the trim.

Configuration #2 on the 1284 is the semi-active (inactive) leaf of a pair of swinging patio doors: a fixed, non-keyed handle on the exterior and an operating lever inside that retracts the multi point lock. No cylinder, no key from outside. The active leaf takes a keyed configuration instead.
3) Will the Emtek 1284 fit my existing multi point patio door prep?
The Concord plates measure 2 by 10-1/2 inches with 3-5/8 inch center-to-center spacing between the handle and the cylinder hole position, and the cylinder location is above the handle. Emtek lists this trim against BiltBest, G-U, Hurd (Energy Saver) and Andersen multi point doors. Measure your existing plate's center-to-center; if it isn't 3-5/8 inches, a different Emtek configuration is needed.
4) Do I have to specify handing and door thickness when ordering the 1284?
Handing is required, right hand or left hand, because the inside operating lever and outside fixed handle are oriented to the leaf. Door thickness is an optional entry field, worth filling in since patio door leaves vary and the spindle has to reach. Lever style is also a required choice.
5) Which levers can I put on the Emtek 1284 Concord trim?
